Otter Class is a class of 28 Year 1 and 2 pupils. We love learning together in our beautiful classroom with views across the Teme valley to the hills beyond and also in our wonderful outside spaces.
We have a forest school session every week and try to learn outdoors as much as we can. We enjoy reading books together, challenging ourselves in maths and learning more about the world around us in our topic lessons. We learn to read using Read Write Inc Phonics and this also helps us with our writing as we are starting to stretch ourselves to write independently and creatively.
We all strive to do our very best, learn from our mistakes and be kind to each other.
